The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a group of parents who get together to plan events and raise funds for additional equipment to benefit the school.
In past years, the PTA has raised money for new sports kit, new educational toys like large playground blocks for the Foundation class and help towards repairs to the school swimming pool (which is costly for the school and an invaluable resource).
The PTA also provides presents for children leaving the school in Year 6 (traditionally dictionaries) and Easter eggs for the annual egg hunt.
In September each year, the AGM is held. This is the time when the school provides a wish list of new equipment they would like and then the PTA decide which events to hold throughout the year. The regular events are as follows but at the AGM, the PTA will discuss whether to hold an additional event such as a quiz night or barn dance.
Christmas Bazaar - Friday 25th November 2016 from 3.30pm
School Disco - February
Easter Egg Hunt - March
School Disco - July
Fete - July (held during Sports' Day - stalls, raffle and BBQ/refreshments)
